The project will provide a complete and independent review of the existing configuration and operations of La Mesa Boulevard (Rd) between University Avenue and Jackson Dr. (Figure 1: Project Area). The review included individual analysis of the operations and functionality of the three roundabouts located at Memorial Dr., Rosehedge Dr., and Glen Street, as well as the integration and efficiency of the reverse angle parking and preliminary design for a two lane 鈥渃omplete street鈥� that safety accommodates all modes of travel.
