Architecture students will design a project that celebrates and tells the story of a Bellefonte farmhouse. The project will be a retrofit of the farmhouse that follows standards set by the Living Building Challenge. The requirements for this certification include net positive water and energy, incorporation of exterior views and natural lighting and ventilation, and full ADA accessibility.
