The Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi Foundation presents the Healthy Hometown award annually to encourage and reward exemplary community health and wellness in municipalities across the state. Faculty and students will work alongside community leaders to create the grant application based on Charleston’s ordinances, policies, events, and programs.
