]]> The Whitacre College of Engineering Community Engineering Fair coincides each year with National Engineers Week in February. Held at the Lubbock Science Spectrum, this event draws around 1500 community members each year and is designed to educate the public about the contributions that engineers make to society and show educational and career pathways into the profession. This family friendly event is free and allows community members to participate in hands-on engineering activities, view displays and exhibits, attend lectures, and meet engineers.
