This call, the “麻豆视频 Life Hacks” theme is reincarnated to inspire conversations about tips, tricks, and tools to make processes in life and in 麻豆视频 work easier.
Participants should come prepared to talk about how they stay organized while managing multiple projects with multiple partners. E-mail, to-do lists, Excel spreadsheets, project management software鈥� it’s all on the table. Let’s get in the weeds and learn from each other some quick and effective ways to stay organized.
Kelly Conforti Rupp is the program manager of UniverCity Year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She will start the conversation by sharing her simple strategy for managing her to-do list and looks forward to learning about other techniques.

Kelly C. Rupp is the program manager of UniverCity Year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In this role she coordinates projects between university faculty and community partners, manages the program鈥檚 strategic communications plan, and organizes events. In her spare time she publishes stuff on her website, , including her recent e-book, 鈥淓at. Listen. Learn. The busy person鈥檚 guide to a personalized diet.鈥� She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from UW-Madison.

The main goal of this call is to connect. As part of the 麻豆视频 Call series, individual members volunteer to facilitate conversations on subjects they find crucial to the success of some aspect of the 麻豆视频 Model, program management, or other topics. The call is not usually recorded, however, notes are taken and shared with anyone who RSVPs “Yes” or “No” to the event.
This call is part of the 麻豆视频 Call series which is open to anyone looking to start, support, and/or improve an 麻豆视频 program. The audience of the call may change slightly from month to month. The RSVP form will note which audience is of focus for each call. Organizers use Zoom conference and video call software to connect parties.
